Spironics Muscle Release

sp

Spironics is the release of hypertonic muscles related to the inherent spiral patterning of the body.

Ross Keen "I found that there is an inherent spiral in every form of life.

By tendency we exaggerate our spiral; through postural habits, through stress - all the things that take us out of balance, exaggerate the spiral, which in turn affects the whole structure of the body and every system and organ.

The Spironics technique releases the hypertonic muscles which exaggerate the spiral patterning. Because the spiral is so central to the functioning of the whole body, this has a profound harmonising and balancing effect on the recipient.

Typically the balance will hold after one session which makes it a powerful yet simple technique.

Spironics evolved from an early fascination I had with Reactive muscles. They seemed important to me, yet required a lot of detective work and a lot of energy output. However I soon found a much easier way to locate them and started working intensively with them.

I noticed after a while that there were commonly recurring patterns of reactivity, where a whole set of muscles was reactive to another set of reactor muscles.

One day I had a revelation where it occurred to me that the reactor muscles would tend to twist the body either one way or the other, depending on the person's "sidedness". On checking this further, I found that this was indeed the case."

Spironics Course

In this course you will learn how to identify the spiral patterning of the body and how to balance the body using this knowledge.  The balance is accomplished with Positional Release Technique (PRT) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), the technique used in Hyperton-X.
