Practitioner Skills Training - Communicating One on One

Communicating One on One is a two-day course.

Interactive exercises for effective communication in a therapeutic practice with clients, students and colleagues, as well as in your personal life. 

This course is designed to assist in the following areas:

• Patterns of behaviour that enhance communication
• How others are affected by our behaviour
• Different levels of communication  
• Appropriate self-disclosure in communication
• Our positive non-verbal style, changing non-verbal behaviour
• Setting boundaries
• Making/refusing requests
• Handling criticism
